We are direct about data: this page lists everything Last Mile NYC stores about a customer, the reason for it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Placing an order stores a name, an address, an email and a phone number. Creating an account adds a hashed password and nothing more.
Payment information
Card information is processed by our payment provider and is never written to our database, in any form, at any stage.
Who else sees your data
Your information reaches the carrier and the payment processor and stops there. Last Mile NYC does not sell, rent or exchange customer records.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for the legally mandated period and delete them afterwards. Marketing contacts are removed immediately on request.
Your rights and how to use them
Any request about your data should go to sales@lastmilegear.shop. We answer within one business day and finish within thirty, excluding legally mandated sales records.
