Tracking details are emailed at dispatch. For the freshest information, use the number on the carrier’s own website.

Finding your number

The tracking number is in the dispatch email, and it is also on the order in your account area if you created one at checkout. Orders normally leave us within 1 business day, so a number that has not appeared after that is worth asking about.

How long delivery takes

Once the parcel is with UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage, allow 2–6 business days. Both figures are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

If something looks wrong

Email sales@lastmilegear.shop if tracking stalls or a delivery scan is incorrect. We pursue it with the carrier directly.
