Do I need an e-bike specific chain?
A motor puts more load through the drivetrain, and chains built for it are listed as e-bike rated. Where a chain is rated for both, the listing says so.
Will a rear rack fit my frame?
Racks list the mounting points and load they were designed for. Frames without eyelets need an adapter, which is stocked in the same section.
How much is postage?
The rate is $7.95 per order regardless of size, and it disappears above $45. Expect 1 business day here and 2–6 business days on the way.
Can I return a part I have not fitted?
You get 30 days from the day it arrives. Email sales@lastmilegear.shop to start it, send the item back unused, and the refund clears in 3–5 business days.
What payment methods do you take?
Currently we take Cash on Delivery only. The checkout page is the definitive list of what we can process.
