Cancellation Policy
You can cancel an order for free up to the point of dispatch. The sections below cover requests, timing and post-dispatch options.
How to cancel
Contact sales@lastmilegear.shop with your order number to cancel. Telephone cancellations are taken on +1 (917) 261-5031 during Monday–Sunday 11:00 AM–6:00 PM (ET).
How long you have
Orders leave within 1 business day. If your request arrives before the label is made we can cancel; afterwards the return process applies instead.
If the order has already shipped
For a shipped order, the return route applies: 30 days from delivery to send it back, refund within 3–5 business days of it reaching us.
Cancelling one item from a larger order
Partial cancellation works up to dispatch. The refund is for the cancelled line, and we confirm any shipping change caused by falling below $45.
When we cancel an order
We will cancel and refund in full if an item is no longer available, if the listed price was plainly wrong, or if we cannot verify the address.
